Welcome to ChirpBot! By adding ChirpBot to your Discord server and using its features, you agree to the following terms of service.
ChirpBot is a multi-purpose Discord bot designed to assist with game utilities, moderation, coding help, and AI-powered tools. It is not affiliated with any specific game or company.
ChirpBot is a free-to-use application. We offer an optional donation tier through Discord's App Directory to support ongoing development.
Donations are purely voluntary and do not artificially lock or unlock core bot features. We appreciate all support that helps keep ChirpBot running.
ChirpBot uses third-party services like Mistral AI for enhanced functionality, including secure image filtering and AI tools. These services are used securely and limited to the specific command context. ChirpBot does not control third-party data handling beyond what is documented.
We collect server configuration data and administrative logs to provide functionality. Message content associated with moderation may be logged in your server’s designated Discord channels but is not stored by ChirpBot. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
ChirpBot is provided "as is." While we strive for high reliability, we make no guarantees regarding uptime, data integrity, or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party services or Discord platform changes.
ChirpBot adheres to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may request data removal at any time by contacting chirpbot@ludixi.com.
By using ChirpBot, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you should remove ChirpBot from your server.

ChirpBot uses Discord’s application command system. Usage outside intended server context, or for abuse, is the sole responsibility of the user. ChirpBot implements safeguards such as cooldowns, but cannot guarantee perfect protection against misuse.
