Welcome to ChirpBot! By adding ChirpBot to your Discord server and using its features, you agree to the following terms of service.

1. Purpose

ChirpBot is an all-in-one Discord bot designed for community management, game utilities, security protection, and AI-assisted tools. It is an independent application and is not affiliated with Discord, Steam, or any specific game developer.

2. Features

• Moderation & Security: threat detection against known malicious domains, warnings, timed roles, auto-roles, quarantine, and audit logging.
• Gaming Suites: dedicated utilities and calculators for Trailmakers (Steam Workshop integration & minigames), Minecraft, Rust, Satisfactory, and Valheim.
• AI Utilities: optional creative build assessment (e.g., /airatemybuild) and image filtering powered by Mistral AI.
• Community Economy: simulated market trading, portfolio tracking, and interactive arcade games.

3. Donations

ChirpBot is a free-to-use application. We offer optional support tiers through Discord's App Directory to support hosting and ongoing development.

Donations are voluntary and do not artificially lock or restrict core bot functionality. We appreciate all support that helps keep ChirpBot running.

4. Third-Party Services

ChirpBot uses third-party services like Mistral AI for enhanced functionality, including secure image filtering and AI evaluation tools. These services are accessed securely and strictly limited to the user-initiated command context. ChirpBot does not control third-party data processing beyond documented parameters.

5. Data Usage

We collect server configuration data and administrative logs to provide intended functionality. ChirpBot does not store message content or user activity off-platform. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Liability

ChirpBot is provided "as is." While we strive for maximum uptime and reliability, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service or permanent data retention. We are not liable for issues resulting from third-party services, host disruptions, or Discord platform changes.

7. Compliance

ChirpBot complies with applicable data protection principles, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may request data removal at any time by contacting chirpbot@ludixi.com.

8. Acceptance

By using ChirpBot, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you should remove ChirpBot from your server.

9. Modification

These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected with an updated effective date on this page.

10. Discord Command Use

ChirpBot operates via Discord’s official application command (Slash Command) system as well as recognized text prefix commands (using the ; prefix). Usage outside intended server context or for intentional abuse is the sole responsibility of the user. ChirpBot implements automated safeguards such as cooldowns, but cannot guarantee prevention of third-party misuse.
