ChirpBot values your privacy and minimizes data collection to enhance your experience while respecting your community's confidentiality.

1. Data Collected

Server-Specific Configuration:

• Settings such as moderator role IDs, guild IDs, channel IDs, auto-role configuration, scheduled events/announcements, sticky messages, and other server preferences configured via commands like /server setup, /server autorole, /schedule, /sticky, and /server settings.

Administrative Logs:

• Guild ID, user ID, and usernames of users executing bot commands (via Discord slash commands or text prefix commands).
• Moderation actions (e.g., warnings, timeouts, bans), including user IDs, usernames, and reasons.
• Message content associated with moderation actions is not stored off-platform by ChirpBot; it is relayed to and displayed in designated Discord channels configured by server administrators for audit logging purposes.

No Presence Tracking:

• ChirpBot does not collect, monitor, or store user Presence data. We do not track online/offline status, idle status, custom statuses, or active games played by users.

Third-Party AI Integration:

• Certain user-initiated commands and features (e.g., /airatemybuild and secure image moderation filtering) send user-submitted content to Mistral AI for processing.
• Only data strictly required for the command is transmitted, and no additional personal metadata is included.

2. Data Usage

Data is used solely to enable ChirpBot's core functions such as server moderation, role automation, game utilities, and command execution. All data is scoped to individual servers and is never sold or shared across servers.

3. Data Removal

Server owners may delete all stored data associated with their server at any time using the /server reset command. Individual users may request deletion of personal data (e.g., moderation records involving their ID) by contacting chirpbot@ludixi.com.

4. Data Security

All data is stored in a secure environment with strict access controls. ChirpBot does not store message content or user activity off-platform beyond server-specific configurations and active records. Data sent to third-party providers (such as Mistral AI) is encrypted in transit and not retained by ChirpBot.

5. Third-Party Disclaimer

ChirpBot integrates Mistral AI for optional advanced functionality, including image filtering and creative evaluation commands. ChirpBot is not responsible for Mistral AI’s internal processing beyond what is documented in their service terms.

6. User Consent

By using ChirpBot or inviting it to your server, you consent to this policy. If you disagree with these terms, you may remove ChirpBot from your server at any time.
