ChirpBot values your privacy and minimizes data collection to enhance your experience while respecting your community's confidentiality.

1. Data Collected

Server-Specific Configuration:

• Settings such as moderator role ID, guild ID, channel IDs, and other configuration values set via commands like /setup.

Administrative Logs:

• Guild ID, user ID, and usernames of users executing bot commands.
• Moderation actions (e.g., warnings), including user IDs, usernames, and reasons.
• Message content associated with moderation actions is not stored by ChirpBot but is relayed to and stored in designated Discord channels created by the bot for logging purposes.

Third-Party AI Integration:

• Certain commands and features (e.g., /createmod, /explainmod, and secure image filtering) send user-provided data to Mistral AI for processing.
• Only data required for the command is transmitted, and no additional user metadata is included.

2. Data Usage

Data is used solely to enable ChirpBot's core functions such as moderation, configuration, command handling, and premium features. All data is scoped to individual servers and is not shared across servers.

3. Data Removal

Server owners may delete all stored data associated with their server using the /reset command. Individual users may request deletion of personal data (e.g., logs involving their ID) by contacting chirpbot@ludixi.com.

4. Data Security

All data is stored in a secure environment with access controls. ChirpBot does not store usernames or message content beyond what is logged into your server’s designated Discord log channels. Data sent to Mistral AI is encrypted during transmission and not stored by ChirpBot.

5. Third-Party Disclaimer

ChirpBot integrates Mistral AI for advanced functionality, including image filtering and AI commands. ChirpBot is not responsible for Mistral AI’s handling of submitted data.

6. User Consent

By using ChirpBot, you consent to this policy. If you disagree, you should remove ChirpBot from your server.
